I was attracted to yoga for the first time by the beautiful energy involved and displayed when pregnant with my son. Since then, I have practiced several styles of Yoga but I have never felt as vibrant, glowing and full of energy as after a class of Vinyasa Flow. Yoga has not only brought me an amazing life experience but helped me to come through post - natal depression, strong back pain and fatigue. Becoming a yoga teacher was inspired by the strong desire to help others in overcoming their fears and live at their full potential. With a background in dance, my own practice adopts the boundless freedom of body movement, breath awareness and joy and I feel privileged and so grateful to be able to share this joy with you. My teachings emphasise correct alignment, breathing techniques and relaxation and aim to bring a sense of calmness, energise the body and inspire your soul.
